Delete your Together account
In the app
- Open Together and go to Us → Settings.
- In Privacy, choose Delete account and confirm with Delete everything.
Your account is deleted immediately. You can export your data first from the same screen.
By email
If you can no longer open the app, email info@usetogether.app from the address you use in Together (or the Google account you sign in with). We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Your profile, sign-in details, notes, voice recordings, photos, check-ins, conversations, summaries, consents, push tokens and your encryption key. Plans and agreements you share with your partner are deleted too. Uploaded files are erased from storage shortly after.
Deleting the account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Google keeps its own purchase records under Google's policies.

В приложении
- Откройте Together → «Мы» → «Настройки».
- В разделе «Приватность» выберите «Удалить аккаунт» и подтвердите кнопкой «Удалить всё».
Аккаунт удаляется сразу. На том же экране можно сначала выгрузить свои данные.
По email
Если приложение недоступно, напишите на info@usetogether.app с адреса, который вы используете в Together (или с Google-аккаунта для входа). Мы удалим аккаунт в течение 30 дней и подтвердим по почте.
Что удаляется
Профиль, данные для входа, записи, голосовые записи, фото, check-in, разговоры, итоги, согласия, push-токены и ваш ключ шифрования. Общие с партнёром планы и договорённости тоже удаляются. Загруженные файлы стираются из хранилища вскоре после этого.
Удаление аккаунта не отменяет подписку Google Play. Отмените её в Google Play → «Платежи и подписки». Google хранит свои записи о покупках по своим правилам.
